1. Service scope
Closer Recovery provides an AI-assisted lead and revenue recovery workflow, including lead organization, scoring, suggested follow-ups, mini CRM views, handoff signals, and reporting. During pilot stage, features may change as the system improves.
2. Pilot-stage availability
The product is currently offered as an MVP/pilot service. Some automations, integrations, dashboards, and backend features may be limited, simulated, or configured manually until the production backend and client-specific workflows are fully connected.
3. Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate lead information, timely sales feedback, access to relevant messages or CRM data when required, and truthful reporting of recovered sales or outcomes.
4. Revenue recovery and fees
Any setup fees, monthly fees, pilot fees, commissions, or performance fees must be agreed in writing before work begins. Recovered revenue calculations should be based on clear records, agreed attribution windows, and actual closed sales.
5. No guaranteed results
Closer Recovery can improve visibility, follow-up discipline, prioritization, and recovery workflows, but does not guarantee sales, revenue, booked appointments, or specific financial outcomes.
6. Data and confidentiality
Lead and business information should be handled with care and used only for the agreed recovery workflow. Clients should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information. Production deployments should use secure credentials, restricted access, and approved integrations.
7. AI-assisted outputs
AI-generated suggestions, scores, messages, and next actions are decision-support tools. Final business decisions, customer communications, offers, and compliance responsibilities remain with the client or human operator.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as Closer Recovery moves from pilot stage to production service. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
